Classes and events are held at various locations across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Vaughan, and Hamilton. Specific venue details are provided in your booking confirmation.
To book classes or events, you may be required to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it promptly if anything changes.
All class bookings, event registrations, and product purchases are made through our website and processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to verify that the date, time, location, and event type are correct. Please contact us promptly if you notice any errors.
All classes and events are subject to availability. Yoga Kawa reserves the right to limit the number of participants per session. A completed purchase does not guarantee admission if the session reaches capacity before your booking is processed, in which case you will receive a full refund.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in before participating in any Yoga Kawa class or event. If you are attending with a minor, you must sign the waiver on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian. Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yoga Kawa Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your participation in our classes, events, or programs, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during Yoga Kawa classes and events. The accompanying parent or guardian is responsible for:
The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility and liability for the minor’s participation, conduct, and safety. Yoga Kawa reserves the right to refuse entry to unaccompanied minors.
Yoga Kawa may photograph, film, or record video and audio at our classes, events, and programs for use in marketing, social media, website content, and other promotional materials. By attending a Yoga Kawa event, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials without additional notice or compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event host at the beginning of the session and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Participants are welcome to take personal photos and videos during designated portions of the session (typically the cuddle/social time). Please be respectful of other participants and do not photograph or film others without their consent.

Yoga Kawa offers a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program certified through Yoga Alliance. Enrolment in YTT is subject to these Terms as well as the YTT Refund Policy and any additional program-specific terms provided at the time of registration.

Corporate yoga and condo yoga services are provided under separate service agreements between Yoga Kawa and the contracting organization. The specific terms of service, scheduling, cancellation, and payment are governed by those agreements. These Terms apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with the terms of the corporate or condo service agreement.
All content on yogakawa.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and the Yoga Kawa name and logo, is the property of Yoga Kawa Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
