All tickets are final sale. Each class is carefully curated to ensure meaningful animal socialization and an unforgettable participant experience.
Cancellation by Yoga Kawa (Force Majeure Events)
In the rare event we must cancel or postpone a class due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, public safety concerns), participants will be notified promptly.
Emergency Situations
In cases of verifiable emergencies, we understand that unexpected situations can arise and may review refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis. To ensure fairness, supporting documentation (e.g., medical notes, travel disruptions) may be requested for consideration.
Please note that any approved refund will have a 5% merchant processing fee deducted. This fee is charged by financial institutions and payment processors at the time of the original transaction and is non‑refundable to us as the merchant. As such, this amount cannot be recouped by Yoga Kawa and must be withheld from any refund issued.
All refund, reschedule, and claim requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase or event date. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
90 Days window
This 90‑day window mirrors industry standards used by most e‑commerce platforms and credit card dispute policies, which typically allow chargebacks or claims only within a similar timeframe. After 90 days, payment processors close the transaction dispute window, which means we can no longer verify or address claims through the financial system.
By maintaining this policy, we ensure fairness to all participants, protect against fraudulent or late claims, and uphold the same standards followed by concerts, ticketed events, and other service‑based businesses.
Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated promptly by Yoga Kawa; however, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your credit card issuer or payment provider. This timeframe typically ranges from 5–10 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution’s internal policies.
While Yoga Kawa has no control over these external timelines, we are happy to provide confirmation receipts or supporting documentation (such as refund transaction IDs or processor confirmations) if you need to follow up directly with your financial institution. This ensures you have the necessary information should your bank require verification.
Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks
We kindly ask that all participants reach out to us directly with any concerns or disputes before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company. In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly and fairly without the need for a formal claim.
Please note that fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks not only create administrative and financial burdens but also may impact our ability to continue offering these animal‑assisted wellness experiences at accessible prices. To protect the integrity of our services and the welfare of the animals involved, Yoga Kawa reserves the right to deny future bookings or pursue recovery in the rare event of confirmed fraud or misuse of this policy.
