  • Students may transfer their enrollment to another Ascendant YTT cohort within 12 months of their original start date.
  • Transfers are always available, subject to space and written approval.

  • Deposits and tuition payments are not transferable to another person.

  • If the program is canceled or rescheduled by Yoga Kawa / Ascendant Yoga Teacher Training, all payments including deposits will be fully refunded or may be transferred to a future session, at the student’s discretion.

7. Special Circumstances

  • In verified medical or compassionate situations (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement), partial credit toward a future training may be granted at the discretion of the Program Director.
  • Example: A student who becomes medically unable to continue after completing 25% of the training may receive a credit equal to 50% of the unused tuition toward a future YTT within 12 months.

  • Tuition may be credited toward the rescheduled or equivalent online session.

12. Delivery Format

  • Training may be delivered in-person, hybrid, or online at the discretion of the Program Director.
  • The delivery format does not alter tuition, refund, or transfer terms.
